In the spring of 2021, I undertook a nearly 10,000 mile journey through the American West. I had been riding motorcycles for only 9 months when I left Seattle, and felt a big trip would be the perfect chance to grow as a rider. The voyage took me down the coast of Oregon and California, and eventually through the rugged states of Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Idaho and back to Washington.
Discovering America's Rugged Beauty
A two and a half month "shakedown" trip, through the vast distances of the American West. I set out in the spring of 2021 towards Los Angeles accompanied by my sister Roxanna. We made our way down the California coast, and eventually I continued East solo towards Utah, discovering the rugged beauty of the former frontier. I wove my way through canyons and crossed deserts, where I learned many lessons the hard way. This trip shaped and prepared me from my journey South of the Border.
