I explore the full mixed-media process that results in one of my lasercut oil paintings. We look at "Overgrowth" for Corey Helford Gallery during each stage in the process, from photo reference, to drawing, watercolor, laser-cutting and final oil paint layers!

Print release for the "Flower Wolf" from the painting "Snowblind". He is a shy and timid thing, blooming in the darkest days of winter, his footsteps a wisp of blood across snow. He is rarely glimpsed, yet his presence is familiar, like the faintest scent of flowers in a frozen waste. His approach is the tingling buzz in your veins when you are on the cusp of a new invention.
